Our Story
SDI Insulation was founded in 1975 by Steven DeLorenzi, an innovative bay area entrepreneur. SDI Insulation originated in San Mateo County and has grown to proudly service all of Northern California. Our growth is a direct reflection of the hard work put in by our SDI Insulation family, all our staff members and the community that has supported us.
Innovation
Our commitment to environmentally aware building practices requires us to constantly search for new products that are on the cutting edge of the "green" building market. We regularly attend trade shows, seminars and conventions, looking for the best products for you and our environment. If a product is of interest to our green building staff, we do our research, make the connections, train our work crews and become a licensed dealer. Our Mission
At SDI we value our customers in the highest regard. Our estimating department will provide you with the best possible advice for your construction concerns. We will work with your budget to provide an estimate for your upcoming project, and are up to speed with Title 24 changes in the industry. Our office staff is ready to schedule your job and answer any of your questions. We learn from every job, and take that experience to the next project. We hope to add you to our list of 35 years worth of satisfied customers.
